This is exactly what I was looking for in a lightweight, portable laptop / netbook. Size of the keyboard is good and easy to use. The small screen is no doubt for me, with two fingers, I can enlarge or reduce it. I bring with me and connect to any WIFI immediately. Can I upgrade RAM, but now is good. Battery life is GREAT! I used it for hours without losing power, up to 8 before recharging.
I would recommend this netbook, and the price is right. Sleeve is included, and I take it with me everywhere.

This short video presents Fedora 10 (Cambridge) with kernel 2.6.27.21-170.2.56.fc.i686 on Toshiba NB100 netbook installed. The operating system loads fine, whatever the problems with AHCI during the boot process. Try seeing how it works and it for yourself. The way to Fedora 10 is placed on NB100, not exactly: first installation of Fedora 8 (Werewolf) from the USB stick, then install Fedora 10 release speeds and upgrade the system with yum. Good luck!

Start with the benefits:
* Size Keyboard Nice. I do this type of comment on it and the keyboard feels very comfortable.
* The ATOM N280 has no problems running multiple tabs in Firefox, and watching Hulu in Word, Excel, etc., at the same time.
* Bluetooth works out of the box, even under Linux. I could configure to sync with my phone.
* The keyboard is very comfortable. This good yet provide sufficient traction for the feedback.
* The battery life is approximately 6.5 hours. Now my battery is 48% and 3:15 left. (I have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and 66 on the current process.)

Asus Netbook save a month ago on my MacBook for heavy things like Photoshop Elements. Now I referred to lighter tasks such as my partner to Starbucks.

It 'a good value, but can not as a backup for my 13-inch MacBook Regular-sized keyboard. The difference in the spacing between the keys makes the difference. There is also a quirkiness about it that causes my movements, as if anticipating the pages changing mailing or e-mail, before I'm ready. However, it will keep the site constantly, if I read the New York Times online or at the Starbucks on monitoring my e-mail.
